This U shape ceiling system provides an effective one directional visual screen in a range of modular sizes to suit the application giving effective close look though it is an open ceiling. Integrated services like Lighting, Sprinklers, etc. can be installed above the grid to give the continuity.

Everyinch has an option in Cell ceiling for the application where an Open ceiling is required for space appearance with light weight structure.
Aluminium Open Cell ceiling offers functionally full height to incorporate all integrated services while visually the room height is reduced. In large open areas like Shopping malls, Entrance Foyers, Convention Halls, etc. this ceiling is recommended and it gives many permutations and combinations to designer.
10mm width gives slim look while 40 / 50mm height gives continuity and in grid of 600 * 600mm or 600 * 1200mm it is easy for maintenance.

Combining the ease of installation afforded by interlocking grid systems with the manufactured accuracy and durability of press formed tiles, the Everyinch tegular System provides an economic solution to many ceiling requirements.
The system creates a modular arrangement with the tiles laying into the chosen grid, access to services is gained by simply lifting the tiles into the void space. A number of acoustic requirements can be met with the introduction of an acoustic inlay in the back of a perforated tile.

The smooth polyester powder coating face does not attract dust and do not encourage the growth of micro organisms. Aiter the ceiling is installed, the seal provided by Silicone Sealant, Tape or Gasket should prevent any possible contamination from entering the clean room.

Metal ceilings are excellent for meeting architects and owners acoustic requirements. Acoustical performance depends on perforation pattem and material used behind it.
Everyinch suggests use of Fibre Glass wool with appropriate thickness and density depending on capturing of either high frequency or both low and high frequency. Also, Glass wool is suggested for Thermal Insulation Further for achieving NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) up to 095 suggested use is of Non Woven Cloth, Glass wool is encapsulated in Non woven cloth bag of panel size and laid over panel with spacer Non soven cloth can be simply glued on rear side of panel for NRC up to 0.80

Z Shape Strings

This Standard Screen Ceiling has been installed successfully over years as part of suspended ceiling. Unique Z shape allows flat 20mm colour strip on visibility and height of 100mm then takes care to hide the suspension unless seen directly from below, though open and has clear distance of 100 / 200mm it gives unique screen look if seen from distance. Aesthetically superb.
Functionally full height of room remains but visually the height is reduced. Ventilation remains same but it conceals all integrated services with visibility. To reduce the appearance of services it is advised to paint black all services above false ceiling height
Linear 150F
150F Interlockable Ceilipg / Cladding
Excellent for exterior application especially cold and wet weather installations without cracking or losing finish. Inter-Lockable Panels are designed to be non removable and regular access can be obtained with access doors or in an emergericy with proper tools and instructions.
